设计旨在打造一个“共享”、“交流”、“合作”、“生态”、“绿色”、“节能”的现代化产业园区，符合当代高新产业园的发展趋势，建筑形态的设计，不仅基于美学、人性化及实用性，也反映了“低技”、“被动”生态节能的理念。竖向和横向线条的组合是项目建筑主要的立面语汇：营造建筑的挺拔感。通过布局建筑的凹凸，营造了良好的建筑形体。建筑外墙采用灰色与白色的组合，营造对比鲜明，简洁舒适的立面色调，菱形的造型和白色的穿孔板塑造出现代高效的科技感

The design aims to create a modern industrial park of "sharing", "exchange", "cooperation", "ecology", "green" and "energy conservation", which conforms to the development trend of contemporary high-tech industrial parks. The design of architectural form is not only based on aesthetics, humanization and practicality, but also reflects the concept of "low technology" and "passive" ecological energy conservation. The combination of vertical and horizontal lines is the main facade vocabulary of the project building: to create a sense of straightness. Through the concave convex layout of the building, a good architectural form is created. The exterior wall of the building adopts the combination of gray and white to create a contrast, concise and comfortable facade color. The diamond shape and white perforated plate create a modern and efficient sense of science and technology.
